Have you checked the washer jets and the fluid, could be blocked or something simple like that. Does the washer pump work?

i thought it was fluid so toped them up and still nothing have checked pipes etc but there seems to be no blocks,i wernt sure if that when the windscreen was changed that they had to dissconnect them for some reason an not connected them back

They shouldn’t have done. Not a need to. Just make sure the pump can be heard, make sure there is no screen sealant on the jets and maybe disconnect the pipes and make sure they are clear. To make sure the pump is working, pull the pipe off of the pump outlet if you can get to it, try the pump and see if that squirts water out. If it does it has to be a blockage somewhere.

hi sorry for the late reply i dont get on the internet alot, i had to call the windscreen people out on friday as i woke up to find my car had developed a new water feature in the passenger footwell, they claim the reason for this is that my hose had came off the washers by no fault of theirs (things dont just disconnect for the crack do they) which resulted in a build up of leaves in what they described as a trough underneath the plastic at the bottom of the windscrren filling with water and thursday night it hammered down at my end resulting in the jacuzzi in the morning,so god help them if it happens again, thanks for the help anyway
