Hi all, 1st post on here. So here goes.

I have had my Leon FR for just over six months and it is now due for some new tyres (225/45/17) , and was hoping for some of your experiences and what you run on. Currently it has Infinity tyres (not heard of before) on the rear and Avon ZV5’s on the front. I would like an all round tyre that is grippy in the dry, but also with good wet performance. Also would like a tyre that is going to give me a reasonable amount of mileage. So if any one can share their opinions, that would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Ive run the following

Avon ZZ5 – Currently got, quite impressed with these
Falken 452’s, These where not bad, cheaper than some
Toyo T1-R , Excellent in dry but where expensive

Continental Sport Contact 5 are pretty good, not cheap though, but, if you drive in a spirited fashion, its all down to how much you want to stay on the road!

I use dunlop sport maxx RT, they are awesome. Rated 4/5 for grip in the dry and strangely enough even higher for grip in the wet. They also have good life and pretty good for fuel consumption. Cant fault them. £110 fitted for 225/40/18 for a performace tyre Will be hard to beat
