I thought the Leon had a hydraulic clutch. If so, it can’t be adjusted. A know my LC TDI has a hydraulic clutch A Haynes manual for the VW Golf for 1999-2003 that I have says that they all have hydraulic clutches so I dare say your Leon will be the same.
