Has anybody had any issues with their car key batteries/fobs?

My car isn’t even 3 years old and 6 months having the car I’ve had a error ‘please replace car key battery’ pop up. Over the 2.5 years my car has been in the garage 10+ times with having diagnostic checks and even brand new keys, but every time they change the batteries.

The garage is not helpful and doesn’t seem bothered at all. I had to take it to another dealership to get a second opinion and they just changed the batteries again.

Feel like I am in a dead end and they try and say key batteries do die… every 2 months?!
