    could anyone please tell me what the button/connection is for under the ash tray in a mk1 leon cupra r any info would be great thanks 🙂

    If your talking about the purple thing yes!

    Its the OBD2 (On-Board Diagnostics) port where you can plug in a cable and use programs such as Vag-Com to Read error codes and make adaptions

    its also the port where a re-mapper would connect his cable to upload the map

    It’s also the port needed for the Vi Monitor that I posted up about!

    Basically it links into the Cars computer to give information about any faults or the power reading from the vehicle!
