    my wife wants to put a dump valve on our leon. would it damedge the engine if not which one would you advise thanks

    A dump valve won’t harm the engine. There are loads out there. I think the most common one used on the Leon is the Forge 007. Check AMD Tecknik or other VAG tuning sites for more info and prices.
