My car failed its MOT due to the headlights being loose. The black clips that hold the lights onto the front have snapped so they move around in the car.

I went to swap them with a mates before the MOT was due, but only to find out that the whole front end needs taking off in order to get to them! :cursing: Didn’t really want to be doing that in the middle of a Sainsbury’s car park!

So I’ve bought this stuff called “Plastex” and am hoping this will do the job?! Anyone used it before or know someone who has? I don’t really want to shell out £200+ on a new pair of headlights! :crying:

Right the plastex stuff looked good, but failed. 🙁

But 4 screws in the headlights later, and it’s passed it’s MOT!

Then I got tax which is turns has gone up in price AGAIN! :cursing:

I swear the government are trying to force drivers off the road with their pricing! How can they justify that much on road tax yet we have such shit roads?!

Should have got a diesel! My tax is £125 for the year!!!!!

Either that, buy a Toyota Aygo. Mrs has got one and that’s all the expense of …………… ready……………..£20!! Really, £20!

Got my MOT done on Friday. PASSED! One advisory, oil leak, most likely a boost pipe, nothing major.
