some of you will know me from Ibizaoc – currently looking to switch to the Leon (if they ever release the details of the R!!!!) so thought I’d come register on the site in readiness for owning one 😉
Bit more quiet on here by the looks of things compared to IOC
Hopefully will have some giggles on here too

Must admit I do like the new Cupra R, seems like a lot of power though for a front wheel drive car. Also, still not sure on the new shape. Not a bad motor though for region of £23K.December 6, 2009 at 4:51 pm #3996ParticipantHow do 🙂
I test drove the new Cupra and really loved it, so if the R has even more power and a few more tweeks think it will be a pretty good car! Same power as the Roc R for a fraction of the price… bring it on!! 😀
Will try and order the car with the BTCC kit on it but very surprised at the lack of MKII owners on here! Where are you all?!?!?! lol

I hoped to test drive the R at the SEAT Mania day, however they didn’t have it there, only the FR and Cupra! 🙁
Mike said he’ll try and sort me out with a little play of one though in the new year 😀

If you like the car and are happy with the power then get it

Oh I don’t mind it being released until March (got a number plate that can only be put on a March 2010 car) – just wanted to be able to order it to get my finances sorted i.e. know exactly how much I’ll be paying for it plus the extras I want and bit more of a guarantee that I will be able to get it for March
Not that I’m at all impatient :angel: :angel:
Another reason I would like to order it sooner rather than later is the factory they are all made from is currently running at half capacity as it is, so if you can only order them in January I can’t see them being produced ready for March :confused:
