ModeratorWelcome Mate
where you from etc
Im currently doing a deal to offload my 230bhp Leon FR for a new Leon Cupra R 265 but having doubt about it now, reckon the running costs will be 2-3 times more

Memberhey andrew sorry for the late reply i havent been back on the forum since i registered so i noticed by your profile you stuck with the FR then ?? to be honest that was probably a smart decision my petrol FR eats the juice as soon as you drop the load pedal so i reckon the cupra would probably put a large dent in your finances lol

Memberufft can u say “like a boss” lol might want to change ur profile info ur still drivin the tdi FR according to that lol
how do u find ur cupra on the juice i was thinking of gettin a stage 1 remap on my tfsi revo teknik told me it wuld push the car up to 265bhp which is a nice gain 😀 but my car runs at around 28mpg on a gud day so thats a concern lol i kno remaps on diesels tend to improve the mpg has it been the same for u??

MemberBasically u pay around 300 quid an every time u need new pads u just book it in an get them replaced. It runs for the life of the car but if u change cars u pay 10 quid admin fee an change it to the new car. Doesn’t matter if u have 1 set or 3 sets. As many as needed. Auto centres r doing it at the mo!!!
