    hi people Im new to the site iv just got a leon 1.9 tdi cupra 150 (54 plate)
    iv replaced the brake fluid and now the pedal goes half way down beffore the brakes come on. there isnt air in the system because it doesnt go all the way to the floor. any ideas???? would be appreciated.

    There could be some air left in the system, just compessing in the system somewhere. I take it there are no leaks. Also, what were the bleed nipples like to remove and replace? When I did mine, the rear calliper nipples were a bit suspect to do back up and needed extra tightening. Really should change them as they’re in the boot of my car.

    theres no leaks and the nipples where ok, iv just been doing some searchin on the net and i diddnt realise there is a nipple on the brake fluid reservoir :pinch: so ill try that and hopfully will sort it.

    blead the other nipples and now the pedal is rock hard :thumbsup:
    glad i didnt have to replace the master cylinder
