    My TDI (PD150) has been remapped to 185 by the previous owner and it pulls well thru the gears. However when I do put my foot down it does tend to chuck out a bit of smoke from the exhaust and before I know it I fighting a endless battle with trying to keep the car clean as the back of the car just gets covered!.. Is this the nature of the remap or is this something I should get looked at?…

    Smoke is quite normal for tuned diesels

    ok cool thank you!… It’s just when you get pulled 15 times and counting then you dont want them to use that as a excuse!, lol

    Just make sure none of the boost pipes have come apart slightly. Common problem is the seals on the standard hoses so a nice set of uprated will help too.
