    damn should have said as im getting rid of my 05 fr tdi next weekend now traded it in against an audi a4 2.5tdi im afraid. i love the leon but its just not big enough now my daughter has to be in the bigger car seat.

    failing that trade parts specialist which are a vag group do genuine bits but prob wont be all that cheap compared to euros.

    Its trade parts specialist they are a vag company I only know the number for canterbu[center:xcqua0rt][/center:xcqua0rt]ry which is 01227 378510 but they can give u a price and put u in contact with another branch more local to you

    Try tps for a genuine one all the others will be no good I had this problem before. Failing that euro car parts do a repair kit for them but they tend to be wrong

    jayar car parts use gates belts which is what we fit to all our vehicles at work. they are a well known brand and have competitive prices. im going to use one of these on my car when its due no doubt about it.

    i would start by checking the seals around the door and then check the gutters they quite often get blocked. failing that take the door card off and check the plastic on the inside of the door as that could have perished and you may need to re-seal it. that would be where i start anyways
