ParticipantSounds like you attempted to d/l from the Seat official website, but you are in UK- am I right? UK Seat owners are advised to buy map updates from the dealership, however, there is at least one reliable source that I know of that sells up-to-date maps on sd card, and CD.
Are you using an sd card, or CD?
If sd card, there is a number towards the bottom of its label, which should look something like “6PO919866”. Can you confirm the card number, either by replicating the number on your card here, or upload a clear pic of it, and I will respond with a link for you to buy the correct card. Dont worry – whereas the dealership possibly quoted you around the 3-figure mark for the update, the site I use is half that – or less!July 1, 2020 at 5:39 pm #16637liverbnz
ParticipantHi Steven, you wouldn’t happen to have a link to the supplier by any chance? I’ve deleted my old maps by accident like a few others.

ParticipantThe website I recommend is: http://www.satnavstore.com
On the label of your current sd card is the part number that you require, so in (for example) the card has 6PO919866 stamped in the bottom of the label, simply order up the corresponding dibg card number from the site. I dont think the price is likely to exceed £50 for the most up-to-date maps

ParticipantIf you get stuck, send me a good photo of your card, and I’ll look for the link to the correct part for you.

ParticipantHi Steven.
Yes, I am from the UK and did try update from the Seat website.
Hope this image works:

ParticipantCan’t find my card anywhere. Thought it was in the car. Back of the box for the Nav system says 5F0.919.866.K.
Think the instruction manual says something slightly different but still starts 5F0

I think that’s the one you need. There are instructions on that page, which tells you how to check your head unit – but I’m fairly confident that is the correct sd card for your system

ParticipantThink that’s a dvd? Mine was SD.

ParticipantFollow the instructions on that page to get the details of the head unit.
I think you are looking at line 3 on the screen, to determine that is the correct link.

ParticipantOn your display, you are looking for 5 lines of info. Line 4 refers to the part (sd card) number that you require. You might need to insert the card into the slot, so that the head unit can attempt to pull that info from it.

ParticipantI think mine must be 2.1 or 2.2. I do have 5 lines in my system information and while they are not exactly the same as those in the instructions they are very similar. I’ve ordered it anyway. Hopefully is works!
Thanks for all your help.
